CORRUGATED PLASTICS

Corrugated plastic is capable yet economic sign material. It’s much tougher than cardboard, yet lighter than other extruded plastics. It’s also waterproof and stain resistant which makes it an ideal solution for applications where cardboard can be easily ruined. The primary use for corrugated plastic is temporary signage. Continuous exposure to the elements will cause it to fade and warp after only a few months. It is suitable for permanent signage however other plastics such as PVC or Acrylic are more durable and project a better image. Corrugated plastic is available in a variety of colors. Narrow ridges caused by the corrugated fluting characterize it, or consequently it’s not appropriate for applications requiring an upscale image.

DIMENSIONAL LETTERS / LOGOS

Even the thinner stock is rigid enough to stand in an easel, which makes it a popular material for seminar show cards. Thinner stock is appropriate for signs that need to travel frequently. It is flexible enough to be rolled and places within a shipping tube or trade show display canister.

PVC PLASTIC

PVC is a durable, but lightweight material that provides a sophisticated look. It presents a matte finish that minimizes glare. It is ideal for use in freestanding easel signs that offer easy handling. The primary use of  PVC is for interior signage.  It is not suited for exterior applications as some colors will fade and warp rather quickly. PVC is available in a variety of colors.

WINDOW GRAPHICS
